Here’s my approach.
Analytics optimization
Data, optimizations, and experimentation tell all - 15% of orders should convert to Subscribe & Save, Customers Tab should bring a passive +5% GMV/mo, Ads ROI should be >3.0, content supply should be steadily uptrending, discount to GMV uplift tests should regularly occur
Product Strategy
New bundles, products, & offersings should be tested regularly, campaign registration is a must, product efficacy analyzed regularly, all products tested & sampled at least once. The ultimate goal? 3-4 product generating sizable GMV. Don't be a one PID wonder!
Affiliate Management
Relentless affilate management is a must. You should have: Top affiliates posting at least 10x/month, automated affiliate messaging funnels, constant outreach, GMV contests, weekly trend updates, content coaching, retainers, and community management
